Vicky Nida, Co-Chair

Vicky is the Director of Development at Open Briefing, a global non-profit supporting activists and human rights defenders facing physical, digital, and psychological threats. She has held senior fundraising roles at Open Rights Group, Videre est Credere, and Privacy International, where she led fundraising and financial strategies during a period of growth. Vicky has also supported organisations like Media Defence and Chatham House and was a trustee of the Global Legal Action Network.

Oliver Windridge, Co-Chair

Oliver Windridge is a Senior Advisor at The Sentry and an international lawyer with over 15 years of experience in international human rights, criminal law, anti-corruption, business and human rights, and global sanctions regimes. A qualified solicitor in England and Wales, he spent over seven years as a legal officer at the United Nations, working at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia. Since leaving the UN, Oliver has built a successful practice as independent counsel, consultant, and advisor to civil society organisations, bar associations, and regional bodies.

Mitra Motlagh, Trustee

Mitra is a social impact expert bringing over 18 years of experience working with the United Nations, Save the Children, and most recently with Meta. Her expertise is mainly around human rights and access to justice, partnerships development and fundraising. She holds an MBA and two LLMs in international law.

Michael Glendinning, Chief Executive Officer

Michael Glendinning is a founder of Korea Future and has over a decade of experience as a leader in the non-profit space, including the provision of frontline community services and education for North Korean refugees.

James Burt, Chief Strategy Officer

James Burt oversees the organisation’s team and provides strategic and operational leadership. He has a wealth of experience as a human rights defender and leader in the non-profit space, including over a decade of experience as an investigator.

Hyeonsim Lee, Head of Accountability

Hyeonsim Lee heads the organisation’s legal analysis and the provision of information to support accountability proceedings under national and international law, alongside coordinating relationships with justice, political, and diplomatic stakeholders. She holds an LL.M. in International and European Law.

Yeinah Chang, Legal Analyst

Yeinah Chang undertakes legal analysis in support of accountability proceedings under national and international law and engages with governments, multilateral organisations, and justice actors. She is a lawyer and holds an LL.M. in International and European Law from the University of Amsterdam.

Hannah McSweeney, Legal Analyst

Hannah McSweeney undertakes legal analysis in support of accountability proceedings under national and international law. She has previously worked for the Irish NGO Free Legal Advice Centres and holds an LLM in Public International Law from the University of Groningen

Nora Wolf, Legal Analyst

Nora Wolf undertakes legal and political analysis in support of advocacy interventions. She has previously worked for Civitas Maxima and the Center for Human Rights Advocacy and holds a Master of Law from the University of Geneva.
