Jiwon Kim conducts and analyses victim, witness, and perpetrator interviews concerning human rights violations in the DPRK penal system. He engages government, policy, and multilateral actors in Japan; promotes the organisation’s work in national and international media; and conducts substantive research and analysis of the detention of Zainichi Koreans in the DPRK penal system.
