Yeinah Chang undertakes legal analysis in support of accountability proceedings under national and international law. She is a lawyer and creates targeted submissions and drafts reports; engages with governments, multilateral organisations, and justice actors in Europe; and oversees the monitoring of accountability initiatives for the DPRK, among other responsibilities.
